A fourth equal share of a whole steer, this package includes at least 100 of pounds beef, with individually packaged cuts. Cuts include filet mignon, NY strip, ribeye steak, sirloin steak, flatiron steak, chuck roast, rump roast, eye of round, London broil, and sirloin tip roast. Also includes 85/15 burger in 1 lb. packages, boneless stew meat, and spare ribs. Steaks are 1 1/4" thick, roasts are approximately 3 lbs. (Quarter steers also available as custom cut bulk orders.)
Mix of steak, roasts, burger and stew meat that all fits in a standard refrigerator freezer. Includes 10+ lbs. premium steaks (filet mignon, NY strip, ribeye, rib steak, sirloin, flatiron) 10+lbs. roasts (3 or 4 roasts – random selection from boneless chuck roast, arm roast, rump roast, eye of round, sirloin tip, and London broil), 15 lbs. 85/15 burger, 5 lbs. boneless stew meat. These packs will top 40 lbs.
At least 8 lbs. of premium grass-fed steaks, individually vacuum packed. Approximately ¾ lb. filet mignon, 1 lb. flatiron steak, 2 to 2.5 lbs. NY strips, 2 lbs. sirloin, and 2 lbs. boneless ribeye. About 12 individual steaks.
3 or 4 roasts totaling at least 10 lbs. Each roast approximately 2.5 to 3.5 lbs. Random variety with no duplicates. Cuts may include boneless chuck roast, arm roast, rump roast, eye of round, sirloin tip, or London broil.
